Lion Fire

An intense and dynamic yoga flow that combines yoga postures w/ strength, flexibility and core drills. This class will leave you feeling energized, strong, accomplished, and inspired.

Lion Flow

A more focused yoga flow that focuses more on holding postures to build flexibility, balance, and body awareness & control. This class will leave you feeling more flexible, refreshed, and clear.

Lion Chill

A calmer & slower but still active yoga flow focusing on alignment, recovery, releasing tension, & flexibility. This class will leave you feeling calm, centered, and recovered.
